Cafe in Busan, South Korea “Werk-roasters”
Before entering the text, let me introduce myself briefly.I work as a barista in Korea and live in Busan.As a local barista, I would like to introduce Busan’s specialty cafes from my perspective.

The store is located in a modern Korean building in Jeonpo-dong.It is different from the Korean signboards that are commonly imagined, and their logos are drawn with intense red.

The basement, first floor, and second floor of the building were all used, but now only the first and second floors are open spaces by using the basement for employees.
Werk Roasters provides a wide range of specialty coffees sourced from different regions like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, each with its distinct flavor profile.

The company’s employees are highly skilled and pay attention to even the smallest details to ensure that every coffee is roasted perfectly.
(Before the renewal, a roaster was placed on the first floor and roasted directly on the site, but now it has moved to another place.)
Werk Roasters is an excellent example of a specialty coffee roaster that values sustainability and quality.

I recommend drinking filter coffee.While learning coffee while thinking about my career path, I drank their filter coffee and decided my career path to coffee.This is because the cuffing note that had never been touched before felt really clear and made me realize that coffee can taste like this.

The second floor, a coffee-drinking space, is a modern white-toned interior. The clean and organized atmosphere and music allow you to taste the coffee even more. There are no special obstacles, so it gives a sense of openness and is optimized for communication between people.
Overall, it can be seen that the arrangement of furniture, color, and lighting also pursue a comfortable atmosphere.
